Old building, central location, noisy traffic from cargo boats, glimpse of daily life, friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from major transportation hubs and a bridge to the quieter side of the city. We were able to explore easily without feeling overwhelmed by too many tourists. the air conditioning in the room was a relief from the scorching summer heat.

The room was cramped and outdated, with no shower curtain in the bathroom.

Conveniently located near the train station and water bus. Offers beautiful views of the Grand Canal. Rooms are clean, surprisingly spacious, and have all the necessary amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Venice and had a really enjoyable experience. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was situated just opposite the train station and Piazzale Roma, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests that I had. The rooms, although small, were clean and had all the basic amenities that I needed for my stay. The view from the window onto the side canal was a nice touch and added to the overall charm of the hotel. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast that was included in the rate. It was a simple continental spread, but it was nice to have a freshly brewed coffee and some pastries to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Great location on the Grand Canal near the cruise port and bus station to the airport. Helpful staff in answering questions and figuring out routes. Nice and clean rooms with a view of the canal. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. Easy to get to the hotel from the train station.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. Firstly, the location is excellent, being right behind the canal and almost opposite the main train station. It's also in a cheaper area, which is a bonus. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided great service. They even offered a takeaway breakfast basket when we needed to check out early. Thirdly, the rooms were cozy and had basic amenities. Although the space for our bags was a little limited, the double bed was comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was a pleasant surprise. It had a variety of continental items as well as eggs, and it was nice to have breakfast given to us without any extra charge.

I had an amazing stay with comfortable rooms, warm staff, excellent breakfast, and a beautiful location. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. Transportation was convenient, with the option to arrive by public water taxi. The hotel was also in a great location, close to stores and easy to walk to the Rialto or across the bridge.
